Yesenia Delgado

As Chief Operating Officer, Yesenia leads operational strategy, process optimization, and firm-wide administrative functions. A founding team member who has been with the firm since its inception in 2019, she played a pivotal role in scaling the business and spearheading operational growth.

With over 14 years of administrative leadership and a decade in the financial industry, Yesenia blends high-level strategic oversight with hands-on execution. She designs the scalable systems, client onboarding workflows, and internal controls that keep the firm running seamlessly. She holds her FINRA and Series 66 registrations as well as her Life and Health insurance licenses.

A Chicago native, Yesenia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with double minors in Communication and Sociology a background that fuels her people-first leadership style. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family, and spoiling her two cats, Luna and Tiger.
